Will not boot from C drive or CD

It isn't supposed to boot to the CD automatically. You need to first have the boot order in the BIOS set to CD before hard drive. Then watch the screen for a message to hit any key to boot from the CD. Hit the space bar at that time.

Thanks for the help, but I've formatted the 'C' drive and started putting every thing back on.
