wildtangent dll

every time i boot up, i get the message "cant find c:\program Files\wildtangent\apps\cda\cdaEngine0400.dll" and i then hit ok and go on with my life. i suspect it is left over from some game that came with the puter, but HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS NAG?

id recommend using system restore to go back to an earlier time when you didnt have this problem. It definitely looks like a corrupt file that windows cannot find...

Just a comment on this. Wild tangent is used by some free games at MSN games. I have it on one of my computers. At one time I had the same results after deleting wild tangent entries with Spybot S&D. I restored the cda engine400 from the backup created by Spybot, and everything worked. Hope this is what is happening to you and it solves your problem.
