wiaserve.log entry not valid

OS: Win XP pro
CPU/Ram: P4-1.6GHz/256
Comment:

Now everytime turn on pc, pc run into desktop, but suddenly self shot off, then restart pc with run check a disk for three times.
After check a disk, error message said " window/wiaservc.log entry not valid ".
I don't what it is mean and how to fix this problem ?

In the Run box type: SFC /SCANNOW then OK.

I did to type SFC/SCANNOW in run box, but error message said:can not find it .
