ram is good cable good and motinor good already check them what can it be?

Would have been helpful had you described how you were able to determine: "ram is good cable good and motinor[sic] good". As it stands, we are left to either assume that proper tests were done (when they were perhaps not), or guess that they were not sufficiently determinative (when they actually were). Either way, we are going to be wasting some time, over perhaps several posts, to ascertain how you determined this, even before we can start suggesting remedies.

You have to provide more information...

Check to see if any pins are missing in the VGA cable connector and check the video card.

Test the monitor on another console tower to determine whether it's the monitor or the video card that's causing the problem. If the monitor doesn't work on the other one it probably is the monitor, if it does work, it's probably the other video card.
