why my computer is failure to restart

Specs: Windows XP, RAM
after my power supply burns out, i had changed it and my computer is cannot restart and i have to loose and tight back my RAM at the slot and the CMOS cheaking is bad when i try to restart my computer. in that case my computer is failure to restart. what should i do to make my computer is not have this problem anymore. Help me.

Are you saying that your CMOS is corrupted? You description of the problem is not very clear.

If it is a BIOS corruption problem, then try this:
Go into the BIOS (Del key or F2 key normally) and try an load "Fail-Safe defaults" or load "Optimised defaults" that may clear the problems.

If that is not the problem try and provide a clearer explanation of your problem.

When everything else fails, read the instructions.
