Reply: (edit)Yes, every video clips on every player. Youtube video is OK. Icons on desktop appears blur with these lines. Jpeg pic in viewer is OK.

Reply: (edit)Is your WMP updated and current with patches? Also you may want to find information about the codec your trying to use. G-Spot is a good tool to get details about your videos. http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ Then make sure your codecs are ok. Reinstalling them may help.
