Perhaps you have your CPU running to fast? Try slowing it down a little, worked for me.

I'm not alone! My XP Pro system does that too! I run a dual P3 866 (matched) on an MSI 694X board, 320 MB PC100 (yes, I'm cheap!), an ATI Rage Fury Pro 32 MB card, SB 512 PCI, and a Linksys LNE100TX. I never had this problem when I ran BeOS on this system, so it sounds like its a software problem. The Random-XP-Reboots didn't start for me until I pulled my dual Voodoo 2s and ATI Xpert 98. I suspect its got something to do with drivers (on my system anyway) and will eventually get around to reinstalling XP Pro to see if that fixes it. (My XP system is my primary work computer.. I get really grumpy after I have just debugged a program and the system reboots before I can save my changes..)
Time for me to stop rambeling and get back to work... grumble..

right click MY COMPUTER and click on MANAGE. click on the plus next to EVENT VIEWER then click on SYSTEM. this will tell you what is causing the problem. more than likely it's a driver that needs to be updated.

Turn off the Automatically Restart option in the Startup and Shutdown options and this way you will see a blue screen detailing the error.

It is unlikely, but one of the computers I worked on once had a loose power connection.
