cainycains, the infamous 'Red X' simply lets you know that, for whatever reason, the image address your browser was sent to couldn't be reconciled (deciphered).. Maybe the server was down. maybe your firewall blocked, maybe you're set to display 'text only' and no HTML, etc. There're a bunch of possibilities. If it happens when you originate a document (like an e-mail signature), put the image on your machine and it won't happen again. HTH. Ed in Texas.
