Are you able to open other websites? If yes, then you should scan your computer with Malwarebytes in Safe Mode. If no , then you should optimize your internet explorer or try to open websites with other browser like Mozilla Firefox.

yes I was able to open other websites..
I have tried also to open it using Mozilla Firefox.. but it didn't help..
