why cant i check my e-mails???

can anyone help i have windows messenger o/s XP and when i click on my email link the page comes up with (The page cannot be displayed) then i tred to go on to msn and logg in then this erro came up ---------> res://c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm i have replaced the file and restarted my computer installed a different ie and it still hase no affect


can anyone please help me any help will be appriciated

Have you downloaded Service Pack 1 for WinXP from microsft? I believe that's one of the issues it's suppose to correct.

i have downloaded the service pack but still the same problem has happened................

i have tryed to logon my hotail tru outlook i can read them but i cant delet or send and email. but is there anything else i can do to read my emails?
