Which software can filing a form

I know Adobet software can download and read any form, but can not type or filing a form.
Is there any software can open, read , type or filing a form on the computer.

I downloaded a copy of www.colorpilot.com and it works pretty good ($30 for home addition).

I use a prgram called Roboform

Works great, fills in everthing

Roboform
Remembers passwords too but is not adware like Gator.
