Where XP keeps Update files downloaded?

Hello,
I'd like to know where XP keeps the files we download from the Windows Update service.
I'm asking this because, I don't want to re-download them all every time I re-install XP, if I could backup them, and install them without connect to the net, it would be easier.

In a hidden folder, usually C:\WUPDATE or something like that
