Does anyone have any idea where I can find someone who is an expert in Nero 7 Ultra (audio/video/burning software)? I have owned by copy of this software for over a year, and I have never gotten it to work properly for me. Has anyone else had a similar experience by any chance?
I am in New York City by the way . . .

hihi..
do you mind stating the error message that pops out when you are dealing with Nero? Or What are the difficulties you are encountering?
Cheers!

being in NYC is no excuse, getting nero 7 ultra edition NOT to work ... so be a bit more specific about your problem rather than your whereabouts :-)

There are no specific error messages that I'm getting with this software -- rather, manus (and functions) that the copious instructions say should be there just plain *aren't*, and actions that the software claims to be able to perform (like capturing music from a cassette tape onto my HDD), just cannot be accomplished. Talk about frustrating!! And, yes, both the software and the instruction manuals that I'm using are completely up-to-date! :-)
