Where is offline folder kept in XP pro

1. Does anyone know where offline folder is located in WinXP? When i make network files available offine, it creates a short cut icon on Desktop. But i can't find the file folder anywhere

2. Can you add file/folder to the offline folder? It allows me to edit existing files but does not allow adding any new files? Why?

dunno why you cant Add folders ..i have no problems with that...hope someone else comes up with tha answer..G´luck
