This application has failed to start because WININET.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. it has happened with ie explorer, aim yahoo icq and msn

I have an similar error.

The error message is same as yours
"This application has failed to start because WININET.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." And with me also it has happened with ie explorer,

Now after installing wininet.dll, it is giving another error "The Procedure entry point SHRegGetValueW could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll"

Can anyone help on this.
Your help is appreciated
