where does Win XP Pro stoe nic drivers

I want to know where Windows XP Pro stores nic drivers when u install the OS into the HDD...

Iam talking about all the drivers Win XP Pro comes with for nics, not the drivers it installs from nic cards u have installed on the motherboard !!!!

Find out the file extention for these drivers, then type it into the Search feature of Win XP. For example, *.drv will list out a lot of drivers and their location. Be careful playing with driver files.
