I am working on setting up a second Outlook account and the tech guy says I need the port number. Any ideas?
he is talking smtp and pop3 ports. You would get that answer from who is providing you the email account who was this tech associated with? Hopefully not the isp

There are no other "port numbers" associated with mail. Those by default are open on your router [if you have one]
You might want to clarify what the tech is talking about.
