Xp User, of course I did make a search in Google, but apparently there are too many ads and scam! I wasn't able to see some true review on different software solutions. Thank you for your reply but I would prefer if you will help the situation not chattering!

Indeed there is no argued reason to advice any system optimizer software as they are mostly chattering instead of doing a real optimization.
But even if you still need to pick one you type something like: "system optimizers review" in Google.
For exmple I found this one, it has test, review and video:
optimizers review site
PS: But I would recommend you to find an exact solution for your existing problem or simply upgrade your hardware.
