Hi!
For my curiosity, what's the size average of a xp installed in a PC (with and without updates)?
Does anyone know?
Thanks!

There's no way to know. Installs can be so customized that they will vary from person to person, computer to computer. Do you have a small HDD? Is that why you're asking?

OtheHill, thanks!

Jennifer SUMN, thanks for your replay, I asked about maximum size of OS Windows Xp only installed, without programs and etc...
My HDD supports Windows, programs and all updates.
That's it.

"My HDD supports Windows, programs and all updates." Not sure exactly what that means. What is the capacity of the HDD? 4 Gig? 8? 20? 160?

FWIW...

To really cut down on an XP installation, use nLite:

http://www.nliteos.com/

and the guide to install on an Eee PC:

http://www.i64x.com/eeexp.php

I have a usable installation under 700MB...
