I have just installed a fresh copy of XP SP2 and I want to know that what .net framework versions should I install?
And I should say that there is no such folder in my system
%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework
(C:\windows\...)Does version 3.5 include all older versions?
If not, what versions and service packs should I install?
I have these packages at hand:
1.1.4322.573 (dotnetfx1.1.4322.exe)
1.0.871.2738 (NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe)
2.0.50727.42 (dotnetfx2.exe)
(NETCFSetupv2.msi)
3.0.4506.30 (dotnetfx3.exe)

The frameworks are not backward compatible. So an application that requires .Net Framework 2.0 will not run with only 3.0 installed. You only need to install a framework if one of the applications you use requires it. I just install all of them.

I also just install all of them as it saves some time down the line of locking you up when one is needed and not installed.

So should I download all the possible Service Packs and install them?
And there is something about version 3.5 in the download page:
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 contains many new features building incrementally upon .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0, and includes .NET Framework 2.0 service pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.0 service pack 1.
So Do I need to ONLY install the latest service pack for each main version (1,2,3) or they should be installed one by one; and what about the above comment that is from the 3.5 version?

Just install what Windows Update shows as available. You will want to return to Windows Update to ensure you get everything.
The text you show states that 3.5 includes "incremental" updates to the previous service packs and service packs for those previous vcersions. It does NOT include those versions.
