Hi i brought a new mouse on friday.But i don't what software(if it's got any)and what company made it,i have got at image of it at http://www.imagehosting.com/show.ph... please help Luke.

You shouldn't need any software. Just plug it in to the appropriate socket and Windows will detect it and install its own drivers for it.

It looks like an optical mouse. Surely it came in a package. If you threw that away, turn the mouse over and you'll see what it is.
