What is this file?

CPU/Ram: 2GB
Product: VAIO VGC-RC110G
Comment:

I start Task Manager and notice that the following file is using the most CPU Memory:

"System Idle Process"

How can I safely stop this from taking some much CPU memory?

"System Idle Process"- The higher the CPU Number the lower the amount is actually being used. It's nothing to be concerned about at all.

Connection issues are caused by many things - just not that

I'm not one of those who think Bill Gates is the devil. I simply suspect that if Microsoft ever met up with the devil, it wouldn't need an interpreter.

Perhaps you should repost this as "Internet Slow" with some more details, as this appears to be the actual question that requires answering - rather than your deduction.

It can be caused by many things including internet overload and server problems. It would be worth knowing how long this problem has been going on, whether it is on some or all websites, and how you are measuring this slowness.
