Why did you reinstall of Windows? Was it because of the rebooting problem? Did you think reinstalling XP was gonna fix it? Obviously if you have a hardware problem such as an overheating CPU or overloaded power supply (both of which can cause random reboots), reinstalling the OS isn't going to fix anything. Another possibility is bad software or a bad driver. And if that's the case & you reinstalled it, you'd just find yourself back in the same situation again.

What you should have done (& what you need to do now) is disable the automatic restart feature so that the system will display an error message rather than rebooting. That way you can troubleshoot the problem.
