I've been looking on google but haven't found a definte answer. In my add/remove progs, there's an entry called "Learn2 Player (Uninstall Only)". What is it? I never remember using it and it hasnt turned up on any virus/adware scans. Any ideas?

I presume your on aol...
Its part of Aol's software. Used on aol 8.0 more so on 9.0. If you arnt on Aol then it could be some other software is using the aol license to produce their own.

if you had aol,on your pc then that would account for you having learn2 player on yout pc. You have to unistall it yourself presumably it must be some stand alont software that is activated by aol when needed.
