While trying to re-install HP software for a previously working HP psc 2170
with the supplied installation disk from HP, we get following message:
" Class Installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this
device ". HOW can I fix this ? Any guidance appreciated ..............
It is referring to a device of some sort. If it is possible to proceed without it and get Windows working it might be easier to resolve. First step then would be to go to Device Manager and see what errors are showing and take it from there. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
