1-What AV are you using?
2-What firewall?

If you haven't done your up-dated spyware and anti virus scans, click on the link in my sig and they are all laid out on one page with basic instructions.

Use the cleaners first and then run the updated spyware progs.

Let us know if things improve a bit for you.

reset the TCP/IP stack to restore it to its state that existed when the operating system was installed.

start > run > type CMP and press Ok

then type the following commands and confirm each line with ENTER

NETSH

int ip reset reset.txt

dump

exit

ipconfig /flushdns

exit

now restart you computer.

important: if your IP address and DNS is manually configured, write down your settings from the TCP/IP properties.

Follow the info on response 1 about using the cleaners first.

Go to the link on my signature, then Download Avast Free to your desktop.
Now disable Norton and then install Avast. This part is IMPORTANT:
Put a check mark in when it asks if you'd like to do a bootscan on reboot. Click yes to allow the bootscan.

When it reboots, everything that Avast finds (there might be quite a bit) move it all to the chest

Post back on how you are making out.
