Normally...
C:\Documents and Settings\$user\Application Data\Identities\{a big random hexadecimal number}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\
where '$user' is your user name and 'a big randome hex number' is a big random hex number. Don't ask me why they do this, I havn't got a fscking clue.
You can find this out by right clicking on your inbox and selecting properties. You can copy this folder and use the File>import>messages. They are normally too big to fit on a floppy.

Open OE->right-click Inbox->Properties. The information there tells you where the emails are stored on your hd.
simply export all emails using the outlook export function. you can move emails between outlook and outlook express on different pcs/ systems using the export/import functions
