Normally...

C:\Documents and Settings\$user\Application Data\Identities\{a big random hexadecimal number}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\

where '$user' is your user name and 'a big randome hex number' is a big random hex number. Don't ask me why they do this, I havn't got a fscking clue.

You can find this out by right clicking on your inbox and selecting properties. You can copy this folder and use the File>import>messages. They are normally too big to fit on a floppy.

Open OE->right-click Inbox->Properties. The information there tells you where the emails are stored on your hd.

Hope this helps. Bye

Among the reasons many of us jumped off M$' illegal treadmill of bloatware du jour, is their cultivation of filepath ignorance among users.

ANY transferability of apps, settings, or sometimes even data, is increasingly discouraged. Among XP's missions is the conditioning of the user into a passive and paying recepticle for "compatability".
