I just got done building my new comp. An I am a newbie to this kinda stuff an I cant seem to figure out what this is. I loaded Windows XP on to one of my 2 Harddrives an formated it an partioned it an all an when it boots up it says " Primary IDE Channel no 80 conductor cable installed" Some one please help me out this is driving me nuts an I have a feeling its causeing a few of the XP install problems I am having.

ATA66/100/133 hard drives require 80-pin IDE cables to function well. It sounds like you're using an old 40-pin cable. Upgrade.
