sudhaa, Try a System Restore to the closest date prior to when the problem started. Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
Edited to add: Looks like your computer is infected with a virus. Check out the links below.

Hi Tufenuf,
Thanks for your reply. As you said, my "ACCESSORIES" is not there. It is also disappeared. "Start>Programs" is there.
Thanks

Sudhaa,
Download the AccRestore v2.0 at the link below and run it.http://windowsxp.mvps.org/Accessori...

Sudhaa,
Click Start>Run then copy & paste or type in:
rstrui.exe
Click OK.See if that opens System Restore.
Tufenuf

Tufenuf,
When i typed that command at start>run>rstrui.exe a pop up is coming with the following message:
"Windows cannot find "rstrui.exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and then click search."
Thanks

Have you updated your virus definitions and run a full virus scan? You could also go to Start>Search>All files and folders and type in:
rstrui.exe
Click Search
If you find that file place a copy in your C:\Windows\system32\Restore folder
Tufenuf

Sudhaa,
The first link I posted in Response Number 1 has a fix for that Folder Option>View>Advanced option problem. Did you try it? If you try it make sure you use the one for Windows XP.
