weird problem with blue screen

Hi, I keep getting a blue screen that says "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal"
The only time I get this is when I'm using limewire or bitcomet or any other of the p2p programs. I would be halfway downloading a song and all of a sudden the bsod appears and only gives me the option of restarting the computer.
is there anyway of fixing this annoying problem other than not using limewire, bitcomet etc.

Yea this happened to my sister too. She found out that she had a bad 'driver' To fix it all she did was install and update.
Probably your 'drivers' are outdated. So make sure ALL of your drivers are up to date including graphic cards and video cards. Or if you want more info and hints to help you solve your problem.....do a google for "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal" and it will give you a lot of information. gluck :p
