I am having very weird problem on my Outlook.Whenever i want to print an email,the print job was sent but status saying spooling then print job cancel due to error.I tried on other printer and found no problem. It is very unlikely a printer problem since it is used by other users with no problem.And the email is only a simple text mail.Pls help

Reply: (edit)Hi. Have you gone to the printer folder and tried to print a test page to confirm the printer is ok from your machine? Make sure too that it's not greyed out - working offline for some reason too.

i can print to this particular printer from other application such as IE and Words.Only Outlook giving me problem.
