Weird Message after Logging Off

I receive a strange message in Asian Characters after loggin off from my computer. Is there anyway to delete or check where the source of these messages?

That message needs to be translated before you start messing around looking for it. It could be a trigger for a worm or a virus. Or it could be as simple as thank you for using our product. I don't mean to be an alarmist but get it translated before you find a way to delete it.

I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid...
