Hey,
Ive got a new webcam, and ive installed the driver aswell as some thing else called 'video impression' as the instruction book has said to do. And i plug my webcam in and theres no symbol on msn with a webcam icon or if i click on video impression the screan is just black of what my webcam is supposed too be showing, so basically its not working at all and i dont know wether i need too install or download any thing too get it working... can some one help me please i really am desperate!! (The webcam model is a CP-68L webcam)

What I would do is to call the Makers of the cam, and talk to their Tech Support over the telephone.

The way things go with Computers, with respect to new hardware, is that the computer must meet the System Requirements of the hardware or software.
