Hi

Looking for a free webcam software to stream video and sound over the internet to monitor my maid/baby in our flat, I am a logitech webcam without mic, but I have a separate mic, I installed Yawcam but it doesn't have any sound streaming, can anyone recommend a free easy program to stream sound and video if not then just a streaming sound program.

thanks

Struth this forum is for PROBLEMS with XP not a de facto Google for people who won't look things up for themselves!

Once I thought I was wrong, now I'm not so sure!

Please Ewen... This is a forum for people that need help.

The question asked was neither inane nor benign and therefore warrants assistance.

I like to pride myself in the fact that I, in the past have asked questions that some might think do not need answers, but, the fact of the matter is I saved myself alot of grief because the help I recieved did not lead me to rogue programs.

Google can do this for you.

If anyone needs help, we hope that we can offer the best assistance.

For those now and any that might happen across this thread in the future.

Regardless of your comment the problem is NOT XP related, neither is it an XP PROBLEM. The information required can be easily sourced from Google.

CN certainly provides help as WebsWonder has done. This simple line in Google would have given him more information than he can use:

"free easy program to stream sound and video"

Regards.

Point taken.

Can I just add... the links I have provided for the apps are malware and spyware tested for, and clean.

They have been tested and reviewed by their tech staff and there are also user reviews and ratings to help with decision making.

They are also xp compatible and entirely free from cost or trial period limitations.

www.snapfiles.com is a very reputable program hosting site for anyone searching for freeware, shareware and fully paid for versions of almost any type of program one might need.

Thanks mate

I have downloaded both the program Broadcaster StudioPRO and
Potaro, but with no joy.

COuldn't get the sound to work on broadcaster studio pro and potaro for some reason can't stream the video over to my work, our ISP has blocked it or something,

ANy other suggestion?, just need a free program so I can use my logicam to see my flat at work with sound.

Thanks
