I purchased webcam, installed software, tried to run & got message' software not microsoft logo approved' & to carry on install may cause problems, now or later, but still gave option to carry on, the webcam is 'Creative Webcam EGS' from Creative Labs Ireland, has anyone carried on install & been OK??
Yes and no, I have installed somethings that worked and somethings that didnt. Either way If i were you I would have to try it. Even if it dont jive you can still undo it and go back.

My logitech does the same thing go to your cams web site and see if they have a upgrade for XP. Then run it anyway it wont hurt anything it just doesnt let the cam do all of it functions sometimes. Good luck !
