Hi Im having problems with my webcam's performance.
Im tired of the pictures refresh rate and poor quality, so to fix this do i need a new cam or upgrade processor & memory?
The cam is a Logitech QuickCam Express, whilst the Processor is a 1.2 AMD and 256 Memory.
Also, the mic doesnt pick up sound very well, although i dont have a sound card. Do i buy a better mic or will a sound card alone fix the problem?

A new web-cam - you're not going to get TV style pictures with a basic webcam which has a maximum res. of 480x640 (if you're lucky). Most web-cams are just that - cameras for producing low quality video for loading to the .net thus requiring only low file size. If you want quality you have to pay for a higher resolution video camera. Improving your PC will not make any difference to the web-cam image
