Webcam not working on MSN6

i have msn 6.0 with a dsl connection behind a netgear router...whenever i try to use the webcam, the picture of me just show up as a black screen and nobody can see me...i tried upgrading the firmware but that didn't do the trick...anyone else had this problem?

Hi rock,
Try going to the router homepage and looking through the support pages. Might be a certain rule to create or a certain port to configure for MSN6 to use for video.
Others in this forum might have a positive answer for your problem.
