Since installing Zone Alarm Pro my Logitech Web Cam pictures cannot be seen by my friend using the Yahoo Messenger webcam site we previosuly used.
I am not sure whether I need to configure my firewall settings which I believe is something to do with the TCP Connection or Port 5100. I cannot see anything about TCP or Port 5100 within the Zone Alarm settings.
Any advice how to link with Yahoo Messenger Webcam for this brand of firewall?
its probably a good idea to try them both, but one at a time then check to see if it works after opening ports on each

Hi, thanks for advice but you will have excuse my ignorance here being not entirely PC orientated) so **where do I run this command from**? Surely, not the RUN in the Start Menu, or is it? Have no idea, please elaborate!
