I try to set it to allow but when i move the mouse to try and get it to the allow the screen saver goese off and im not able to click allow. How can i go into the adobe flash settings and manually allow this?

Here is the exact message.
Adobe Flash Player Settings
Camera and Microphone Access
“local” is requesting access to
Your camera and microphone.
If you click Allow, you may be
recordedI cannot click allow because when i move the mouse the screen saver goese away. I have tried putting the curser right where the allow is and clicked it and it still gives the message. I want it to record when the screen saver is on for security reasons. I just reloaded the laptop and before i got some of the updates it would record but a new update must make it ask now. I need to manually set this up somehow but how do i do it? If this is in the wrong forum im sorry i wasn't sure where to post it.
Thanks

Go to any web page that has flash content (this one for example), right-click the flash video and configure the settings from there.

I tried that it didn't work.

When the box comes up to Allow instead of moving the mouse try hitting the ENTER key.
I haven't tried it so it's just a guess...... Enter is usually the default OK in that type of action/

It doesen't work by pressing ENTER. All it doese is deactivate the screensaver.
