"My server is Firefox /Mozilla"

You mean your browser is Firefox. Did you recently update to the latest version (8.01)? Is it possible you configured the options to not save the browsing history? The bookmarks should have transferred automatically after the update. If you're just missing the toolbar, try right clicking in the toolbar area & enable whichever toolbar(s) you prefer to have visible. Or you can just click on the "folder icon w/star" on the top/right hand side of the browser window.

I did not download any new Firefox update. The bar I am referring to is the one that has File Edit View....etc on it.
As you can guess I am not too knowledgeable and I am having quite a difficult time trying to figure things out.
Thank you again for your help and hoping someone can help me out.

Firefox automatically updates itself. And the bar you're referring to is not the bookmarks bar, it's the menu bar. All you need to do is right click in the toolbar area & then select menu bar from the popup menu.
