Web Sites not loading Correctly

Specs: Windows Xp Home Edition, 512 MB

When I start Internet Explorer certain web sites such as MSN and Nintendo no longer load correctly and IE keeps getting random errors like syntax errors when I load MSN.com oe Nintendo.com, but IE used to load these web sited correctly.

internet options / advanced

disable script debugging and notification.

try again.

It still loads the same way.

Try to think back - what course of action have you taken that changed it - for example dd you click on something, downloaded something?

well since I've reformated my PC I've been installing all the programs I had before I formatted my Hard Drive, so it could be any program that caused it.
