With regards to websites crashing, you try clearing cache and other temporary files from the browser. Also update the JAVA version on the computer. This should stop your browser from crashing. With regards to low virtual memory, please check the link below for information on virtual memory.
To fix the problem, right click on My Computer, click on properties. Click on Advanced tab and under Performace, click on settings. Now click on the Advanced tab you would see a "Change" button under virtual memory. Click on the radio button beside system managed size and click on set button on the right hand side. Now click OK at the bottom and you would be prompted to restart the computer. Restart the computer and the problem should be fixed.
