I have been having this problem for a week now.
I can connect to the internet with no problem but I can not access some websites.
some of the page will load sometimes none.
Graphics seem to be having problems downloading and sometimes lots of html is displayed
I reformatted my hard drive because I thought that maybe I had a virus.Virus check did not reveal anything
Does this sound like spyware/Virus or ISP problem
I have spoke to Orange tech support everyday this week and they cannot resolve the issue
I am running windows XP SP2 .Do I need to tweak my IE settings
I can't get onto windows update either.Ebay pages don't load correctly.
This is what I got when I tried to load google

Hi
Have tried Mozilla Firefox and some pages still not loading properly.
Is this an ISP problem?

are these the SAME websites that won't load?

If the answer is "no" then it's almost certainly an issue with the Internet access the I.S.P. is providing.

Often peak times (e.g. when kids get home from school) cause problems.

You could try looking at this setting:

Tools>Internet Options>Security>
trusted sites,
restricted sites.

And when you can't access a page, hit CTL + F5 (this will clear the cache and reload)

Also check what speed your Internet connection is. You can hover the mouse pointer over the tray icon of the 2 computers. Both dial-up and DSL access are subject to fluctuations in speed depending on how busy the lines are.
