i just bought a crypto dual digital camera and i am using windows xp.After installing it i the camera doesnt work correctly.I updated the drivers and nothing.I tried contacting the official site but it doesnt work.can you help me?I see the preview in something like split screen and no colours

I had problems with an install of an older logitech Quik Cam vc.Check for compatability.That seems to be a big thing with xp and hardware compatability.The older the camera model,the worse it is.I installed a new camera and I know that the installation is very picky,all I can say is; follow the instructions as closely as possible.JB
