Hi Guys I am having below error message whenever I reboot my computer WCESCOMM.EXE unable to locate component. It also says CEUTIL.dll was not found,reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Do I need to install missing file from XP operating system CD or from any utility program Help please Thanks-- Ovais
