WbLogon.exe - Application Error

CPU/Ram: 1.7 Ghz

I recently had to completely reinstall windows because a System32 file became corrupted. All my files were lost because I could not access windows.

Since reinstalling windows I am greeted with this message every time I log in...

Title - WbLogon.exe - Application Error

Message - The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to terminate the application.

Any ideas as to what this problem is and how it can be solved?

Any help would be appreciated.
