Is it necessary to buy McAfee Quick Clean or Norton Clean Sweep to help keep my disk clean? Or are XP's disk clean and internet cookie/file/history removal functions adequate? Thanks!

I've found Windows XP "disk cleanup" to be adequate. The only thing that I've noticed rarely is registry entries that will sometimes remain after programs have been uninstalled.
