Comment:

I have a problem with AOL after I close the program. In task manager waol.exe remains open and consumes 99% of the CPU until I terminate the process and then the system returns to normal. My computer has all windows updates and an up to date norton anti virus installed. waol.exe is the only process that I have problems with on this computer. In the past I have uninstalled and reinstalled AOL with no change in the problem. I recently reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled AOL but the problem remains the same. Thanks for any help.
