use dial-up modem, have call waiting,installed 'netwaiting' modem on hold software and it works! it announces an incoming call with a screen pop-up message,
but i would, also,like to hear a ring.
how can i do this? program help says to configure for a ring at the main screen, but never seen and unable to access the main screen. thanks for your time.

Try going to the directory for the program using Windows Explorer. Yo should be able to find it there.
