Comment: When I check in the device manager, there is an exclamation mark on WAN Miniport (network monitor). It says Windows cannot load the drivers required. How do I make this device work? Any suggestions on how to make this work? ndistapi.sys and ndiswan.sys are the drivers. Please help. Thank you.

Reply: (edit)Install the drivers from the disk that was packed in the box with the network card if it is a pci card. If it is on the motherboard, use the motherboard drivers
